Zbigniew J. Boczek, lecturer at the postgraduate level of “The Real Estate Market”, also lectures at seminars and courses structured to teach commercial and residential real estate appraisal techniques, investment analysis and forecasting its performance.
His continuing effort to maintain high standard of business practices has let him participate in many restructurings and privatizations of a number of large government owned companies.
Co-author of strategies and development programs for partnerships specialized in the trade law.
Consultant to the chairman of the Regional Committee of the Province of Szczecin (Sejmik Samorzadowy wojewodztwa szczecinskiego) on economics and privatization from 1996 till 1998.
Author of the study on economic performance of 52 companies reporting to the Governor of the Province of Szczecin (Wojewoda Szczecinski) based on Economic Value Added (EVA) calculation, using net worth and income methods of appraisal, index and strategic type of analysis combined with Altman – Bland classification method.
